App users = people who signed in to a published app in the last 30 days. Public-link visitors never count as users. AI credits per request: Fast 1 · Balanced 2 · Best 10. Early supporters (first subscription before 1 Jan 2027) get 50% off for 12 months.
Questions
- Who counts as an app user?
- Someone who signs in to one of your published apps and used it in the last 30 days. Workspace members who build apps (owners, admins, builders) never count. Anonymous visitors to public links are counted as public reads or submissions — never as users.
- How are AI credits counted?
- Each Ember request costs credits by the model tier it runs on: Fast 1, Balanced 2, Best 10. Drafting a whole app from a prompt always runs on Best. Every panel shows the cost before you run it, and credits are only charged when a request reaches the model.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- On Free and Starter the action is paused until the monthly allowance resets or you upgrade — nothing is deleted. On Pro and Business you can add blocks of extra app users, rows or storage from the billing page. We email the workspace owners at 80% and 100% of any limit.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Published apps beyond the new plan's limit become read-only for viewers (the oldest apps keep working), and data above the row or storage caps stays readable — you just can't add more until you're under the limit again.
- Can I pay in euros?
- Yes — prices are the same number in USD and EUR. Checkout, invoices and VAT are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so you always get a proper invoice.
- Is there an early-supporter discount?
- Yes. Any workspace that starts its first paid subscription before 1 January 2027 gets 50% off for the first 12 months, applied automatically at checkout.
- Do you offer Enterprise?
- Yes — SSO/SAML, audit log export, DPA, data residency and dedicated support. Email hello@emberblocks.com.
